'Chocolate beef' exclusive at Bacchus
Bacchus is the first and only establishment in PNG to serve grade 10 full-blood Mayura chocolate beef.
Mayura Station is an award-winning boutique beef producer specialising in full-blood Wagyu beef, located in South Australia. The elite breed of cattle are fed on a special diet containing a portion of chocolate, giving the beef a unique caramelized, buttery and sweet flavor.
