This month at Bacchus we showcase the finest cuts, from award-winning Chocolate Beef to Wagyu, Master Kobe and steaks from grass-fed cattle.
Chocolate beef is supplied by Mayura Station, an award-winning boutique beef producer specialising in full-blood Wagyu beef, located in South Australia. The elite breed of cattle are fed on a special diet containing a portion of chocolate, giving the beef a unique caramelized, buttery and sweet flavour.
Served with a glass of premium Penfolds wine.
